Die Country Lodge "Ole Steen" liegt auf einem tollen Naturgrundstück in Tating, nur wenige Kilometer von Sankt-Peter-Ording und seinen weitläufigen Stränden entfernt. Früher wurde der Haubarg als Destillerie und als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb genutzt. Das Appartement "Carpentry", sowie alle anderen Appartements wurden erst kürzlich komplett saniert. Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien wie Holz, Stein und Metall kombiniert.

We are happy to offer a bread roll service and strive to make our guests feel comfortable. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
