Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

The balcony is also on the quiet backside and has sun all day. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop.
