GREAT LOCATION**** individual duplex with charm

Very nice and well-maintained duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quietly in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground-level terrace, is spacious at over 50 square meters, comfortably, stylishly and charmingly furnished. Long-term stays are also possible. Price upon request.

The open kitchen area features a large, minimalist concrete countertop with wooden elements. A wall of shelves displays various books, while warm lighting enhances the atmosphere. Wooden chairs are arranged around the counter, inviting casual gatherings.

Beautiful, light-flooded and renovated factory floors with loft character in the west of Leipzig. Perfect for relaxing city trips, family holidays, work and unwind. The private apartment is located in a relaxed residential area in the hip district of Plagwitz/Lindenau, 15 minutes' drive from the city center, right next to the beautiful Henriettenpark. It is a good 10-minute walk to bustling Karl-Heine-Straße, 10 minutes by bike to Clara Zetkin Park and about 30 minutes to Cospudener See + supstation.

Hi, I am renting a nicely renovated 2 room apartment. A real wood floor has been laid and the shabby chic style furniture is partly from France and has also been restored. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost by the house, invites you to relax.

VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
