You'll find a large comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets, en-suite bathroom with shower, your own kitchenette, a large desk, plenty of space for your things, three windows in the tree canopies and a window seat with lush views of the park.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.
