House vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Staff gentilissimo, alloggi belli e puliti. Posizione difficile da trovare

Visiting Lisbeth & Lars is more than just an accommodation. We stayed at the couple’s unit which was perfect – very clean and well maintained with all our necessities. This place is perfect to have you slipping into Italian style living. We had our morning coffee at the porch with the birds singing for us😃 But the most important thing about this place is the hospitality. Lisbeth & Lars are the perfect hostesses and helped us reserve the best restaurants in the area plus tours with local balsamic and parmesan producers. We will certainly come again, next time at the summer to check out the pool.

Alberto en zijn team hebben ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen. De knusse locatie was perfect voor ons om Bologna te bezoeken, de omgeving te verkennen en heerlijk te ontspannen. Alberto is een zeer attente gastheer.

The property is great, bigger than expected. It has all the ammenities you may need and the fridge is stacked with water and some sodas, what was amazing on the hot day that we arrived. The road at the back, perpendicular to the house has loads of nice bars and restaurants were you will find all the locals hanging around. About 30min walk from the Bologna train station. Gian Luca is super nice and responsive, and gave us some really great suggestions. Deffinatelly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna or near by towns.

Ho alloggiato presso mattia e mi sono trovato super bene, ero con 7 amici e ci siamo trovati super bene, comunicazione con host super veloce e trasparente sicuramente se torno a Bologna so dove alloggiare. Consigliato

I travelled from Belgium to South Italy and Monica’s place was the best outif all. Minimalistic decoration, fully equipped kitchen, very clean place, super comfortable bed. One of the places you would like to own yourself. Perfecto!

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Clean and safe place in an entertaining area of Bologna

Dette var et veldig ålreit sted å bo for en stor familie eller flere vennepar. Fine rom med egne bad på hvert rom. Alle rommene har også sin egen kodelås. To etasjer. Stort og fint kjøkken. Linda hadde satt ut litt snacks, vann og kaffekapsler til oss, hvilket gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Svært enkelt å bruke huset, enkel innsjekk med kodelåser og god kommunikasjon med verten. Bordtennisbordet utenfor ble flittig brukt. Kunne kanskje med fordel hatt noen flere sittemuligheter utendørs. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Ca 15 min unna Bologna sentrum (ca 20 euro for taxi).

Polecam! Piękne miejsce, troszeczkę na odludziu, przez co można czuć się swobodnie. Domek bardzo ładny i bardzo dobrze zagospodarowany, a przede wszystkim czysty. Na ogródku były piłki i bramka dla dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam. W pobliżu Bolonii, do której bardzo łatwo można się dostać.

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova proprio sotto la loro abitazione, ma abbiamo avuto tutta la privacy di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo spazio interno è un open space, ma molto ampio, curato e accogliente: si respira da subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta per qualche giorno di tranquillità. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che il bagno non si trova all’interno dell’appartamento, ma in una zona comune adiacente. Tuttavia, è comunque riservato agli ospiti ed è facilmente accessibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con host davvero premurosi!

Spacious, great location and extremely convenient to the train station. This space worked perfectly for our 3 couple travels. Our host was extremely accommodating and allowed for luggage storage and bathroom use after checkout, which meant we could enjoy our day before departing from the train station.

Tutto perfetto, host disponibilissimo, ottima esperienza!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet genug Platz auch für vier Erwachsene. Sie liegt zentral im Ort, Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Zu trubelig ist es dort dennoch nicht, nur wenige Autos fahren durch die Straße vorm Haus, der große Garten bietet zusätzlich Ruhe. Super, dass man darin auch parken kann. Savigno ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Bologna oder Modena, für Radtouren oder Wanderungen in der herrlichen Natur der Emilia. Wir haben von dort aus auch schöne Ausflüge zum (Bade-)See von Suviana und nach Ferrara gemacht - und waren abends dennoch froh, zurück in unser idyllisches Dorf zu kommen und noch auf einen Affogato zur Eisdiele bummeln zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und seiner Schwester klappte ohne Probleme, sie waren gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a beautiful and historic location to stay on our trip to Italy! The home had everything that we needed for our trip, including a coffee maker and full kitchen. The tall trees and beautiful patio area with the roses during spring were gorgeous. There was some historical information that said this place was built around the year 1220, but it is quite modern with all of the amenities inside. The bed was comfortable. The host greeted us when we arrived to let us in with the key. The host was very responsive when we had any issues or questions. We did have some challenges with the Wi-Fi, but it could have just been a temporary issue. The water pressure in the shower is low which is not a surprise for a which is not a surprise for an older building, but it was fine for what we needed to take a shower.

It’s a large property with a few buildings in it that are each listed separately on Airbnb. We rented two of them for our group of 6 and it was very easy to communicate this to our host and stay organized. The property is beautiful - stunning views of Bologna. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to the town, so definitely have a car if you’re staying here. We rented the Spa for a night, which was lovely. But I wouldn’t recommend cooking in the kitchens provided, they’re very small. Overall it’s a fantastic location! Would stay again!
