Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

We really loved the house. It felt like "home". It was in a peaceful location & very convenient to where our grandchildren live. we will definitely be back.

Dana was such a great host, so friendly ,helpful and responsive. I loved every minute at valentinos resort. Just as described so peaceful and quiet. loved relaxing and just looking at nature and the beautiful scenery. This was my first air bnb rental and I was nervous but dana was so helpful and friendly she put me right at ease and made our stay wonderful. clean and well furnished just as described, loved the country memorabilia and overall feel. if i ever find myself in nashville again I will definitely book again. The accommodation was perfectly located, just a short distance from the city, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was perfect – we immediately felt at home as soon as we arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and we followed their advice – everything we saw was absolutely beautiful. Cory was so attentive and responsive straight from the beginning. The house was so inviting and welcoming. The property was peaceful and quiet but yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville! Everything was great and will definitely be back in the future!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay. The living room and kitchen space were perfect for slow mornings with coffee and cooking big group dinners at night. (There is a grocery store minutes away that came in clutch.) The back porch is a dream. The view is unreal and the natural surroundings are so peaceful. The beds were all comfortable and we left feeling so rested!

A wonderful place to stay, you have lots of space, nice ranch style decor, a nice big comfy bed to sleep, and a fully stocked kitchen! Really enjoyed seeing the horses and barn cats in the morning, highly recommend :)

My wife and I were looking for a short getaway for our 12 year anniversary. We were looking at another smaller property they had but it ended up getting booked before we made our decision. The host helped me with other options that were available and was very helpful in answering my questions making sure we would have a spot to park our boat. The house was immaculate and had a beautiful view, "dream home" if you will. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be returning when we have more time and can bring the fam bc this house has plenty of room. There is plenty of room in the driveway to turn around and park a boat, there's a private ramp at the end of the road but we ended up going to a public one, about 5 minute drive, for more parking options. The only recommendation I have is maybe adding some small rope or string lights for the hot tub area. Great trip & house, look forward to returning!

Boone’s Farm was a great place to stay! It was private and tucked into a natural setting. We felt very safe and at home. The place was very conveniently located to many activities and Frank’s recommendations to restaurants and activities were spot on! Frank was great at communicating prior to arrival and at the conclusion of the trip! I would highly recommend staying at Boone’s farm!

We had a moderately sized family group of 6 adults and 2 children (11 & 5). Plenty of space for gathering together or to get some quiet time alone. Both kids had multiple toys/games to keep them entertained. Loved the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness of the house. No shortage of amenities. Fantastic variety of activities to entertain if needed. Thank you to Janice for the great hospitality.

The home was exactly what was displayed. Communication was proactive and we didn't experience any issues. The location is about 15 minutes away from the city and still far enough to be in a peaceful area with a great backyard view.

We are returning guests and will continue to book with Luke as long as he lets us stay! His place is so peaceful and comfortable. Our kids have a great time playing with his kids (goat joke!). There was corn to feed the goats. We ate our dinner on their deck and patio furniture. Mostly I want to emphasize how clean and comfortable this place is. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with the family, here is a great place.

Memorial Day weekend. Great place to stay if you want to get away and read a book. Quiet. Serene, calm. Dawn was a great host. She thought of everything. A mini “CVS” in the treehouse in case you forgot something. Lots of awesome nature sounds. Overlooks huge swath of land where horses and cows graze. I loved it!!

Absolutely the best stay we’ve had with an Airbnb. Phyllis is an absolute gem and gracious host. We’ve told all our family and friends if they are needing to stay near Nashville this is the place!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Location was great, the property was breathtaking, the accommodations were comfy and cozy and Cindy was the best! Gave us great recommendations and was so quick to respond to our questions. Didn’t want to leave and we will miss having coffee on the porch with the cats! We will be back!!

Dora is an excellent communicator! She provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The dishes, utensils, and dish soaps were very well organized and labelled. She was very responsive when we had a question before we arrived. The cabin has several "extra" touches, such as TVs in the upstairs and downstairs sitting areas and in almost every bedroom, lots of puzzles and games, and kayaks that we would have used if it had been warmer. I would say it is the best Air BNB we have stayed at. Would definitely return if we need to be back in the area.

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd stay here. Location is very convenient to Franklin and Brentwood. It is a very peaceful setting and neighborhood. You don't hear traffic noise from Hillsboro Road. I felt like I was out in the country. Mark is a wonderful host who has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Plus he responds very quickly if you need him.

A true home away from home experience. Absolutely beautiful location with incredible caring Hosts. With nature at your door step and only 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville (Nash City). Nice privacy and great amities for the whole family.
