It is also a mysterious city where Asia's largest entertainment district, "Kabukicho", and the sacred place of Japanese learning, "Waseda University", coexist. Even though it is the famous Shinjuku city center in the megalopolis of Tokyo, it is a valuable place to experience the way of life of ordinary Japanese people. The owner next door loves flowers and sparrows, and in the morning you can enjoy the scent of seasonal flowers and the chirping of sparrows, and feel like you are living in a small countryside! It is a quiet residential neighborhood, so you can relax quietly. The room is not spacious, but it is comfortable for 2 people. Opening November 2024. innnn higashinagasaki is a renovated house that is about 50 years old, limited to one group per day. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.

It is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed over 30 years of extensive travel. Truly traditional Japanese wooden home with lots of character, nestled in quite little suburb with lots of hidden gems and friendly locals. Tetsuya preforms the check in so quietly as if to fit with the peacefulness of the space. He is so helpful, friendly and ready to solve any issue (I needed an adapter and Tetsuya delivered me a new one at its very cheap cost on Amazon). I wanted to stay longer than the 4 nights I had there as with the real good things, this too came to a smooth end. Thank you for having me.

Very nice apartment in a newly built building with convenient shared spaces. Perfect location for accessing Shinjuku and Shibuya! We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!
