Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Charming townhouse on 2 floors close to everything. On the ground floor you will find entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, dining room with large dining table and exit to the garden, living room, large well-equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and back hall with access to the basement. On the first floor there is 1 large bedroom, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with single bed. It is large, cozy repos as well as a nice bathroom. There are no stair gates. Children are welcome but the house is not child-proof. Large cozy garden in 2 levels.

Perfect location in relation to the North Sea and Legoland, but at the same time very peaceful. here you get very close to nature. Here is all the equipment for infants and small children. Great quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and biking routes, surfing, paddle boarding, etc., possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor hooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 room with a single bed, a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where it can easily sleep a minimum of 2 people. Pets not allowed. There are 2 subboards and inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one that empties the bottle takes up again: -). 2 bikes.

Located on the west side of Fanoe, with nearby grocery shopping. 250 m via a path through dunes to the best beach on the island, where the north sea meets Fanoe. Her you can collect amber as well as other beach effects. The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. There are two lakes on the property, which creates joy for all.

A 170 square m holiday home, 1000 Sqe m garden. Designed and set out for family holidays, in a peaceful residential area. 500m to the supermarket and summer shuttlebus stop. The house is full of games, toys/ board games, the garden is very family (and eco) friendly. Internet is provided but no TV. It sleeper 16 comfortably, 19 is possible!, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (4 x double sleeping sofa), laundry room, 2 covered patios. Garden seating, gas BBQ, firepit. Free parking. Pet friendly
