Vacation rentals with beach access in Okrug

I would say excellent stay, in a very quiet area, but at the same time very close to the seafront with shops, restaurants and ferries. The beach is a short walk away, bordering the garden. The location of this house allows you to move around easily on foot, without having to take the car, and the proximity to the ferries also allows you to visit Trogir and Split, renowned locations in the area. 5 well-deserved stars also go for the possibility of parking the car inside the property and for all the amenities offered by our host, including sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor, well sheltered, enjoys the necessary privacy, even during the month of August, and is always in the shade thanks to the kiwi pergola. Ante gave us good advice and was always very helpful and friendly, responding quickly to all our requests. We had a great time and highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

It's a great place. The beach is small but on the left side of the houses there is a path with quiet pieces . Sheltered with trees. The water is lovely, clean and clear. Please bring water shoes. We regularly went to eat at restaurant Adria. Trips to Trogir and Split made ,easy to do by car. Thanks again for everything dear Vesna

Despite a very late check-in by us, we were received in a very friendly manner and felt immediately comfortable. A great place to stay with a great terrace and great hosts. Come to the place, you will feel comfortable and enjoy a great time.

A little smaller apartment, but beautiful, clean and with a great private terrace, which was a big plus. The shared patio with BBQ grill and charming view is also excellent. Great communication and a friendly attitude with the host. It is 70 meters from the entrance to the sea, but it is necessary to prepare that it is very steep 70 meters, where one burns calories😄 Small minus is that even if there is a possibility of accommodation with an infant, there was no possibility of a high chair or travel crib (I recommend offering this option in the future). But even through this, my family and I are giving it the best review possible, and we'd love to come back. Okrug Gornij and the entire island of Otok Ciovo even through the fact that it is already crowded enough, so it has its charm❤

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed, had beautiful views, was so comfortable and welcoming, and was in an excellent location. The perfect spot if you want something quiet and relaxing near the ocean, but close to Split. Mehdi was an excellent host as well; he was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations. We would love to stay here again in future!

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean linens, clean kitchen and bath. Everything you need for two is there. A very nice bed. Fly net on the bedroom window. You should make sure that you keep the toilet door and balcony door closed so that no mosquitoes come in. Mladenka personally welcomed us and showed us the accommodation. We were also allowed to check out a little later. We were passing through. Very cheap and clean place. Only 600 meters to the beach. We'll be happy to come back 🌸

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for this lovely holiday! The house was perfect! The air conditioning is a dream! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect! We enjoyed the mature figs from the garden! The beach with crystal clear waters is in 2 minutes walking! It was great that the property was completely fenced because we had our dog with us! Communication with Vlasta and her son was excellent, she always responded very quickly! I highly recommend it!

This apartment met all my expectations, was very clean and the balcony had a beautiful view on the sea. The walk from the beach is steep, but I really like the landscape with the beautiful beach, therefore I didn't mind the walk. Everything was great, would recommend it!:)

Borena picked us up with the scooter as we got lost shortly before arrival. For our car, he showed us a parking space in his yard directly and welcomed us warmly. The location of the house is right on the water and even more breathtaking than you can see in the photos. The apartment is completely clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Even beach towels were available. For the beach, we were allowed to take loungers with us and even borrow a stand-up board. If we had any questions, we could always go to Borena and he helped us directly. We can only recommend the AirBNB. The location, apartment and hospitality were unique.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

They were great days right by the sea. The cozy accommodation is highly recommended, the balcony with sea view is simply magnificent. Even with a dog, it was very pleasant to be able to walk directly along the water. Very quiet area to relax and feel comfortable.

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.
