The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach. The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. Distance from the market is 300m, big sandy beach with lot's of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes by car and it takes only 10 minutes driving to town Trogir.Nearest restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the apartment by the guests (for example, airport and road)We offer car rental service. Direct access to the beach, renovated 2021, very quiet surrounding, large terraces and garden, barbecue, 3 parking, ideally located on the sea. Fully equipped summer kitchen 30m2 with covered terrace. 2x SUP, hot tub 4 persons, Boat 4,1 m + engine 6HP (01.06-30.09) The property has 790 square meters which is just enough for everyone to find their own "peace of haven".

Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Milla has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under UNESCO protection.

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

The villa is just 200m from the nearest beach and 4km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is 200m away.

Two large and very comfortable rooms, air-conditioned and providing private bathroom each. One of them even jacuzzi hot tab. Comfortable living room facing terrace and sea view. Kitchen same facing living room and extraordinary living room. Huge terrace with terrace sofa for 6 guests. Guest restroom provided for extra comfort. Size of apartment is made to address any comfortable needs for guests staying in it. Two floors down grill and pool area.
