Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Come enjoy our carefully renovated outbuilding in early 2024. You will be totally independent, quiet, and can enjoy our 2000 m2 flower garden. Ideally located if you come to attend a wedding or event at the Ferme de Genièvre (80 m, 1 min walk) or at the Chéraille (5.7 km, 8 min drive). We designed this space to be cozy and well-equipped like a hotel (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee)

The equipped kitchen will allow you to cook if you wish. The property has a washer-dryer that you can use if needed.

It is located at the gates of Ile de France. 20 minutes from Chartres and Rambouillet, the train station is just a 5-minute drive away.
