It's a Family Apartment, Please book it knowingly. It is our priority not to make noise and to not disturb the neighbors. It is within walking distance (10 minutes) to the station and the tram. There is no parking problem. It is a mezzanine and there is no heating problem. It is a very good apartment for crowded groups and people with children. It is a smart home system. There are Digital Platform Memberships in our apartment, Filter Coffee, Nescafe, Turkish Coffee, Tea, etc. The fee varies according to the number of people, and get information by sending a message.

My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, and the bar street and the bar street and the Adalar along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from the house. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University street is 2 minutes, Bar street is 5 minutes walking distance. There is YouTube Netflix in the project. The building is a family apartment and there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are kitchen utensils. Your Turkish coffee is from us :) It is our primary request to leave it clean. The cover photo is visual. There is 1 double bed and 2 sofas. If you are going to comply with the rules, send a request

Host is very responsive and helpful. Check-in is very easy. Location is great, it is at the heart of Odunpazari. You can park your car on the street in front of the house. From the house, you can walk to gift stores and restaurants. Even though it is in a central location, it is located on a quite street. We stayed on the downstairs as 4 guest and our dog. The garden is quite big and bedrooms are sufficient. House is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is quite usefull a lot of tools are available. Overall, it was a great experience. I higly recommend.

The house was very comfortable, especially the location was very nice.
