Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Odesa

I liked everything, the location is perfect, close to the sea, everything is nearby, private territory of a closed type. It was important to be able to rest with the dog, and here you can. All amenities are available, everything necessary for a stay is also available.

Having stayed at other apartments owned by Анжела I had a good idea of what to expect, and I was not let down. It is very secure, quiet, and spotless with all rooms meeting good to high standards (the kitchen has all utilities to allow cooking at the apartment) Just over 5 minutes easy walk to the main street of restaurants and bars, makes the location perfect. Анжела is also a great host, making everything simple, check-in and check-out and very responsive IF you have questions.

Olya is a great host! Always on call and friendly. The apartment is located 10 minutes from Arcadia. You can already see the sea from the window 🌊 The apartment itself is light, modern and clean. With large windows and high ceiling. Happy to visit again!

If you're visiting Odessa for the first time like I had, this is the perfect spot. Nice, clean, modern, and spacious apartment with a nice view and tons of shops and amenities around so you don't have to go far for groceries or food. Good Air conditioning, good wi-fi, flexible check in, and a kitchen with all the necessary cookware. It is on the 14th floor so it does take some time for the elevator to arrive, but that's a non-issue. Some other things are there isn't a garbage chute/room, so you'll have to take your trash out back, shower door is a little finicky, water does on occasion shut off (but I believe this is an Odessa-wide issue), and the apartment might be a little tricky to find at first, but after you find it once, you'll have no problem finding it or getting rideshare. Overall, definitely a nice upkept and cozy apartment that I highly recommend for any travelers to check out if they want a spot to feel at home at or a spot close to the city center to explore.

Lovely woman with an amazing husband. Very warmly received and conducted, helped in all matters. The apartment is wonderful, everything is  with soul. I recommend it.

We didn't actually stay because of the Aggressive Russians and their War on Ukraine. We hope we will be able to visit someday. Communication with Karolina during this time has been wonderful.

One day I would love to visit a peaceful Ukraine. Hoping this contribution is of some help.

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya.  When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha.  Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child.  Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits.  Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place.  Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach. The view from the balcony is just a look, I was very pleased with a small table there at which it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly and quick to respond. Nice to do business! Of the disadvantages, only WiFi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it is a sin to complain. We would love to come again.

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

Great place for a quite vacation. 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins by taxi to Arkadia

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
