Локация этих апартаментов великолепна. Две минуты до Дюка. Прогуляйтесь по Приморскому бульвару, посмотрите на прекрасные морские виды. 5-6 минут пешком до Оперного театра. До пляжа 30 минут не торопясь через парк Шевченко вдоль моря. Мансардный этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Эти апартаменты самые небольшие в нашем апарт - отеле, но очень уютные и удобные.
