Cozy family house 80m from the sea

Our summer house, which we are happy to provide to everyone who wants to relax in Odessa-mama. It is really close to the sea - it is not the 80m that the old ladies at the station say and you have to go 5 stops to get there. 2 beaches, sandy and stone. All the necessary infrastructure (shops, restaurants, bus and tram stop). We are renting out the apartment for the first time, so everything is really homey there.
