An excellent place to spend time with friends, quite large and very cozy rooms, just be aware of the water pump when bathing, so as not to run out of water.

Alfredo is a great host and shared some of what he harvests, avocado and coffee. It's in a quiet area, the center of Malinalco is a few minutes away, in general it's highly recommended. The view is unparalleled, the house is very spacious and beautiful. It is important to consider the road or stretch of road to get there. A sedan or smaller car is impossible to pass, especially in the rainy season. We took an SUV and it got stuck in several stretches. Consider bringing all your supplies, including food and drink, plain water, toilet paper, napkins, etc. since the road is so complicated, that once you arrive you hardly want to leave. Also bring insecticide for insects, mosquitoes and ants🐜, we found many in a curtain.

The accommodation is very nice and has what is posted on the page. Maria Eugenia is very friendly and responds quickly. The only detail is that the place has little ventilation and is very hot, I would recommend a fan.

Excellent place, it matches the photos, the only downside is the parking is guaranteed only after 9pm. Parking is not guaranteed on the day. And also q says the publication that there is air conditioning, which does not exist. It's not that it takes up a lot, but one day at night if it gets busy xq it was a little hot. Everything else is excellent, very good place.

Comfortable and beautiful accommodation, the style of the house is already from the last millennium but it is quite well preserved, the pool has to be heated with gas that must be purchased separately, I consider that this aspect could improve by changing the equipment with which the water is heated by solar boiler or some more efficient burner. Beds are very comfortable and clean The care of the home caregivers is excellent, they are polite and helpful. I would definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything.

Our stay was excellent. The place is perfect to disconnect 100%, surrounded by nature and with everything you need to not have to go out at any time, if you bring the essentials (games, food, drinks) The outdoor areas are huge: very spacious gardens, soccer court and incredible space for outdoor cooking, either with charcoal or gas grill. It also features gas fireplaces, ideal for enjoying the nights without being cold. The interior was spotless, very clean and tidy. The rooms are quite spacious; five of them have a private bathroom and the other two share one outside, which was no problem. The kitchen is very well equipped, with enough dishes and utensils for a large group (there were 15 people and nothing was missing). Luis was an excellent host, always attentive and kind. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.
