*No pets*. Happy Ours is close to the beach and Sound, restaurants, coffee shop & local bars. You’ll love the coziness. Our place is good for couples & solo travelers. Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Separate lavatory with toilet & pedestal sink. Shared outdoor pool, pool house w/sauna & shower (all open April 1st to mid October only). Screened fish-cleaning station on Silver Lake! This is a lock-out unit to Juniper 2B that can be rented separately. Internet installed but there are frequent outages.
