Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

A hot tub is positioned on a spacious deck, facing a tranquil body of water. Wooden lounge chairs are arranged nearby, offering a perfect view of a vibrant sunset that casts warm hues across the sky and reflects on the water's surface.

Open and airy feel to this home. Spacious rooms, sparking Gourmet Kitchen perfect for one or many cooks. Four Porches and Sundecks. One screened in porch. The views of the sky at night are remarkable. Fenced in rear yard with outdoor shower and outside sink prep area. The upper level has the great room with soaring ceilings, large living space with cozy furniture, half bathroom, card/game table, bonus room could be used as fourth bedroom with sofa-bed.

A modern kitchen is featured, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a marble island. Four woven bar stools are arranged along the island, providing seating. The space is illuminated by pendant lights, and wooden cabinetry offers storage. Glassware is displayed on a shelf above.

“Rendezvous” A Spacious, Newly Renovated 4BR Home

RENDEZVOUS is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Ocracoke’s Sunset Village. The left side of the home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath and the two others share a hall bath. A later addition to the right of the main space added a private and spacious suite with a king bed, bath and private living room area. Please note that Airbnb had adjusted its pricing to now include a 15.5% service fee in the nightly rate.

The two-story home features a semi-oceanfront design, with spacious wooden decks extending from multiple levels. The exterior showcases a combination of rich wood siding and stone accents, set against a clear blue sky. The entryway is highlighted by an arched structure, providing access to the driveway.

This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.
