The place is in a good location, although if you don't know the area well, it's easy to get a little lost. Luckily, with the help of Google Maps, we arrived without any problems. Diego was very helpful from the first moment, he solved our doubts and welcomed us cordially. The accommodation is comfortable and suitable for a couple of nights. It has the essentials for a short stay. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to have a Smart TV or, at least, access to open TV and a functional remote control. The bathroom is in good condition and meets the necessary requirements. Overall, I recommend it 100% for short stays.😉

Patricia was attentive to us to make our entire stay very pleasant. She has a beautiful, clean and tidy house. Just as shown in the photos. The area is very quiet and safe. I recommend the house 100%!! As a suggestion, whoever stays in the main room should wear a mask because at night a lot of light comes in from the street and you can't sleep.

This was a great place to stay for a group of friends , very private and very safe area definitely worth the money. Lots of stores and restaurants within 2 minute drive. The house was spacious and luxury . Loved the roof top. Next time we visit Puebla we are definitely booking this house again.

The apartment is very nice, it is super spacious and has a spectacular view of the volcano from the balcony, it is also very comfortable and large, I would go back every time I return to Puebla

Everything was amazing! Very comfortable and clean, the service was 24/7 for any questions, I would definitely stay there again, the security they have was also a very important point. I highly recommend it!

Eliut is super friendly and although we never met in person, we always kept in touch. My niece forgot a bracelet in the bathroom and Eliut very kindly told me that he doesn't throw anything away, that he keeps everything for when we return for the items. The apartment is impeccably clean and in a very quiet area to sleep, apart from the very comfortable beds and pillows. My mom was in a wheelchair and the elevator access helped us a lot with her mobility inside the building. Maybe the only thing I couldn't find was hand soap in the half bathroom. Outside, everything is excellent.

I loved staying at this Airbnb. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance of the Zócalo. There are many restaurants nearby, everything can be reached on foot. The coffee downstairs was a big plus. The staff is very friendly and always attended to me with a smile. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning saved me from the heat and the internet is very fast, ideal for working remotely. I would definitely stay here again.
