Vacation rentals with beach access in Ocho Rios

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Tides. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The atmosphere was very peaceful making it the perfect place to unwind, but it was also ideally located just minutes from the town and all the beaches and nightlife. Rachelle and Simon were fantastic hosts - welcoming and attentive. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the best attractions in the area, its the perfect place to stay...highly recommend and I'll be back!

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

This was my second time staying at Stafford’s place. It felt like home. The location was perfect as it is walking distance to everything. The bed and pillows are very comfortable which is hard to find! Whenever visiting Ocho Rios this is the place to stay. Stafford is also very attentive and easy to reach if needed. Unfortunately I probably won’t return until 2026, I look forward to it!!

Sharona’s place was amazing. Sharona was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was neat and clean and the pictures described her place to the tee. Sharona was very hospitable and welcoming. She was amazingly responsive even when I miss communicated names of my guest. She helped me with adding their names to the list so that they could visit me. I absolutely had an amazing time at Sharona home. Again, thank you Sharona for being so welcoming and hospitable. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!!!

Tanika’s place was so lovely and the pool my kids loved it we all did and thanks again to Tanika, soon again we will be visiting back again and definitely stay at Tanika’s. Everything you need is not far away.

From initial contact to booking to enjoying an amazing experience, host Bryan and chef Roshelle did a great job of meeting our needs and wants. The accommodations were pristine both inside and outdoors and my group will definitely be back.

from we entered the complex it was like home away from home, the customer service was excellent and the unit was way beyond expectation. I was looking forward in enjoying the pool but it was under repairs, nevertheless it was a great experience. I'll be looking forward to the next visit. 😊

Janet and Rad are incredible hosts, this is our 4th time staying here. It’s our home away from home. They are very responsive, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The place is as described with lots of things to do such as Jenga just to name a few games. The beach pass to Puerto Seco was an added perk….Let’s not forget Jan’s famous punch. We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's. she was a very attentive host who tried her best to make her guests feel at home. Its a very comfortable home that's thoughtfully stocked with anything you may meed and more e.g. mosquito spray, which we coincidentally didn't need to use. I especially liked and appreciated that she had chilled refreshments waiting in the fridge and a sampling of delicious local snacks on the counter. My only concerns were the limits posted for the use of the air co during the day and the complicated rules around having a visitor as all names have to be provided to Veronica in advance that she then provides to the security at the entrance. I did not realize that being picked up by a driver constituted a "visitor". This made it difficult to make last minute plans. Having her telephone number in advance or clearly provided with the posted house rules would have neen very helpful as the turn around time when using the App is not typically immediately.

Kayon's place was absolutely beautiful. The area was very peaceful and the views were absolutely beautiful. The home itself was very nice. Everything was very clean and kayon was a wonderful host. She responds very fast and is super helpful. The overall stay was amazing I would definitely book again.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! Everything was exactly like we hoped for. We stayed the weekend in Ocho Rios for a friend’s wedding, and everywhere we needed to be was no more than a 10 min taxi ride from the condo. The views from the balcony was my favorite thing about the condo. I loved opening up the doors every morning and feeling the ocean breeze come through. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We loved being a short walk to mahogany beach next door. The host (Maxine) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway.

This location is as good as it gets. Everything is so close and the pictures just don't do the space justice. It was amazing

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. We had booked another place and it was horrible. So we booked Simone’s place last minute and it was effortless, easy access, the air conditioned work, place was clean, and walkable to so many different things. I will be staying here when I come again. We absolutely loved it, loved the decor. ❤️❤️

Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings

This is my second visit to Carib but the first time staying in Vanessa's apartment. It was truly a home from home. She was able to accommodate us at short notice and to that we were very grateful. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb. The beach is lovely with plenty watersports and catermeran cruises to choose from. It is walkable from Ochi Town centre. There are many local restaurants to choose from within a 5 - 10 mins walk if you don't feel like cooking. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Susanna’s place was exceptionally clean and located in a truly beautiful area. It was very peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing stay. She was very communicative and helpful when an unexpected issue came up, which I really appreciated. Her responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
