The white plastered earthen walls, natural Kenji-ji bamboo fences, and other features have been gradually renovated and revitalized (currently in the process of revitalization).Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are three gardens: a front garden, a courtyard, and a back garden. Well water flows everywhere, and there is a stream that flows between the water basin, the gourd, the deer repeller, and the stepping stones. We rent an old house that is over 100 years old. Across the dirt floor street, there is a large 55 tatami-mat room with one tatami-mat room and one solid wood floor room.As you ascend the staircase that spans the dirt floor, you enter an open space that leads to the bedroom on the mezzanine floor, which is like a hidden room. Outside, you can enjoy granite cobblestone and Oshima stone from Imabari. It is a 5-minute walk to the oldest Yudogo Onsen in Japan. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Additional fees apply for more than 2 guests. We carefully renovated a traditional house built 40 years ago, keeping the old beams and windows, and created a space where you can relax with your family and friends.Outside the window is a traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains.You can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.We also provide a baby chair, baby bath, baby futon, toys, etc. so that families with small children can have a comfortable stay. There is also an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a garden deck where you can have a BBQ, and a cypress bath. Ishizuchi, we recommend 2 nights/3 days to 4 nights/5 days. To enjoy the Shikoku area, which has many mountain trails, it is best to stay 2-4 nights with this villa as your base. We can provide you with a standard travel plan (Day 1: Arrival, BBQ, stargazing / Day 2: Shikoku Karst & Niyodo Blue / Day 3: Mt. Ishizuchi hike / Extended to Sogai, Osu, Nikobuchi, etc.), so please feel free to ask us at check-in. ■ For couples, families, or group trips It is an entire house, so you can enjoy a private time with just the members you are comfortable with. The former agricultural warehouse (garage), renovated with the image of a jazz bar, has an astronomical telescope, a piano, badminton, and a yoga mat. There are also hammocks in the lawn area, so groups can relax. On clear nights, we also hold stargazing sessions for those who wish to participate!

There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountains with your whole body, which you can see in each season, is an irreplaceable pleasure. It is an old-fashioned house with a magnificent main pillar, earthen walls, and built-in storage, but the first floor is completely covered with cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.

As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.
