River Retreat Cabin on bluff over Klondike Falls

We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.

This quaint home has everything you need for a quick stopover or a longer stay! Relax on the huge deck in summer. Maybe you’ll get to see the train across the street from the house meander slowly by! Be sure to enjoy breakfast/lunch at the small cafe a block away! No matter how long or short your stay, take a moment to soak in a little piece of the Midwest!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a charming older home! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and a sitting room. The house has a large patio door leading out to the front deck. The back yard has a cement patio and a very large back yard - great place if you have children, dogs - lots of room to run and play. Great place to relax with a fire or to play yard games as it is shaded with trees!

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
