As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. The upper of two charming units. The duplex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the quiet town of Oceanside. There are impressive views of the ocean from every room. The property has a private deck and full kitchen and is comfortably furnished with reliable wifi. House-trained dogs are welcome. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. We have a Ring doorbell with an inbuilt camera. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
