Views from the dining room/living room were fantastic, and everything about the stay was just what we needed. Location’s great - nice and quiet, just 2 blocks from Laneda Ave for coffee and food and there’s a beach entrance just across the street from the house. Hope to be back soon!

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway to the coast. The beach is only steps away. Pristine and well furnished. The kitchen was fantastic!! Linens were spotless and good quality. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this place again!!

The hosts thought of everything we may have needed and had it in the most obvious spot and labeled! It was honestly like going to visit a house your grandmother had set up just for your visit. Extra razors, and make up wipes, and coffee, and creamer. They thought of EVERYTHING. It was like walking into a hug. The entire condo was spotless and I would not have been surprised to find out we were the first guests - it was like brand new!

there were a lot of little things that a lot of other places don't provide, coffee pods, creamer, salt and pepper, saran wrap, cooking oil etc.....I could go on and on. The little things make a huge difference.

My wife and I wanted to find a small and cozy stay for our trip across the Oregon coast. Michelle’s studio was absolutely perfect for our requirements and right on coastal town. The location was great because north and south of us we had small towns and great nature, hikes and views. The studio itself is part of a sort of complex of 3 other studios and it was absolutely wonderful. Michelle has it decorated and renovated beautifully and it’s the perfect size for a 2. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was lovey and the bathroom was pristine. The decor was also beautiful and Michelle even has some links to the things she has in the studio. The TV is cleverly mounted with a frame style tv that can move around which was awesome for watching in bed or in the living area. The attention to detail and amenities Michelle has kept was great including full utensils, dish ware and even a steamer in the bathroom. If I’m to visit the Oregon coast again this would DEFINITELY be where we stay again!!

Family of 4, stayed one night. Wished we could have stayed longer. I give this home 5 stars!!! During our vacation we stayed in multiple places down the coast. This was the best one of them all!!!! So beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you need is provided including a washer/dryer. We had some family fun playing ping pong. Our teenagers loved having their own space to chill. You can walk to Mo’s seafood for some great food. Melanie was very friendly and accommodating. If you need a place on the coast don’t miss this one!!! It was absolutely amazing!!

We had such a great stay on our first trip to the Oregon Coast! The location was perfect for all we wanted to see, we had everything we needed for our toddler, and Lindsay was very communicative when we had a minor issue. Would definitely stay again!

This rental was just perfect for a short midweek trip. It was close to both Netarts and Oceanside. Beach access was a short walk down the street and then you could walk quite a long way on the beach. While we stayed there, it was a little noisy during the day because there was renovation happening at another house but not loud enough to block out the ocean’s waves. Vacasa was also great after our stay ended. We forgot a few items and realized when we for home later that day. I was able to call that day and have them look for those items, then they mailed them to me within a few days (I paid for shipping). Overall, 10/10 and we would stay at this listing again.

I loved the decor, cleanliness, bedding, bathroom, proximity to the beach, and the outside area. I wish people didn't use the ashtrays as dog poop trash as it makes it look dirty although it isn't.

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We were looking to relax. This rental gave us that in spades. It was on the quiet end of the beach with absolutely drop dead views. The unit is very well designed and easy to navigate. I somehow missed the part about the elevator not working, but neither of us are handicapped so it wasn’t really an issue. We would stay here again for sure.

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

Beautiful views and amazing accommodations! It would have been nice to have been able to use the elevator, but that’s only because carrying my 20lb infant was a little sketchy going up the 3 flights of stairs that were a little slippery. It was clearly stated that we wouldn’t be able to use the elevator, so it was a surprise. Everything else about our stay was amazing and would stay again the next time we’re in Rockaway Beach.

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

We had high expectations and they were met! The condo was clean, well furnished and had an incredible view. A wonderful walking path surrounds the grounds which we enjoyed. We even had a whale sighting from the balcony. We received immediate responses to the view questions we had. We would definitely visit again and would recommend others to do the same.

One of the best stays ever!! The views are beyond amazing! The condo is huge! Every single item we could ever need is available. Terrific communication and care! We’ll be back for sure!

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and best of all in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Additionally, there were so many things that Jamie had thought of to provide to make our stay easier, especially with a kiddo. It was also a huge plus being able to quickly walk to the beach and having a grocery store next door. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Thank you Robert!

This was our 3rd time so feels like a home away from home (especially if you are getting over a bug as we were). Always enjoy our stay at Betta's Cove.
