The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Our Tillamook Avenue cottage was one of the first homes built in 1922 and thus has one of the best locations in town. Remodeled with new kitchen appliances, bedrooms, and bathroom.
