Everything was great and just as described in the listing.

Very close to Busch Gardens as stated and easy to find. The home was very clean and had lots of brochures for nearby activities and restaurants. Everyone including myself stated having had great sleep. The host is very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We were extremely pleased with this great apartment. Everything we needed was there. We loved the interior decoration. Your artwork is beautiful. Our daughter loved your books. One particular thing for me is that the bed is more comfortable than what i have at home. That allowed for some great night's sleep after the days of exploring the state park and refuges. The location made it very easy to visit Cape Charles every day after doing other planned activities. I personally like the fact that it's very quiet and peaceful though it's location is at a crossroads. Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your wonderful abode. If ever we plan another visit to The Eastern Shore, we will certainly try to rent from Gail again.

Monica and David are my favorite Airbnb hosts because EACH OF THEIR PROPERTIES ARE MARKETED EXACTLY HOW THEY LOOK. They are also CLEANED EXTREMELY WELL, and there are never any issues. I always enjoy my stay in their properties. I wish I could gatekeep them to myself, but I also understand it is a business. However, whenever I am in the area, I look specifically for their properties because they are simply the best.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We loved our stay at Jule’s place. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and perfect communication. Her spot was well located for our visit to False Cape State Park. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was all we needed for a quick trip to the bay. I loved all of the art, really made it feel unique!! Thanks again.

Then entire townhome was super clean, very well decorated and thoughtfully organized. Enjoyed the Keurig coffee with creamers and kids loved the complimentary snacks and juices! Beach towels, chairs, toys everything were provided! We were able to walk to the beach in 7-8 mins and enjoyed dining at some wonderful restaurants in the area! We had a great trip overall and enjoyed our stay!

It was a great place and me and my friends were glad to have found a place like it in the location. Jeff and Randi were extremely helpful in explaining exactly what we needed to do to get in as well as steps we needed to take before leaving the house. We were very pleased.

This is the second time we’ve booked this house — Emily’s place is always a perfect little oasis. It is spacious with tons of rooms and areas to spend time together! The space is even better than the photos, super clean, and tucked within a cute little neighborhood. The families in our group with kids loved walking through the historic neighborhood in the morning and great coffee shops and amazing restaurants are only a short drive away. The neighborhood is peaceful and the hosts made sure everything was provided for. Thank you Emily and Abel!! You always make the stay so special!

All was good beds were great nice and cold very homie and Cozy only thing I would say is the kitchen pots where decent wished they had a strainer and the microwave was hard to see but other than that 10 out of 10 would highly recommended it

Eric was an extremely helpful and communicative host. The house was perfect for our group on a work retreat ! It was (mostly) quiet so we could work. During breaks we walked on the beach, and to different restaurants and a very cute nearby wine bar. We will definitely consider again for the future.

This is truly a hidden gem in Cape Charles! We recently stayed for the long holiday weekend and loved every minute of our trip. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be better. We enjoyed having the ability to walk around town and have stores and restaurants so close by. The host was friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!

Good airbnb and a bang for your buck. Just wasn’t that pleased about the check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, but can’t complain much.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kattia's home. My teenage daughter and I were there for the weekend, as she was participating in a volleyball tournament. Kattia provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, obtain the parking pass, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that we were staying in a building with a secure access code. Kattia also customized our door code to one that we would remember for ease! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a message from Kattia welcoming us and wishing us luck at the tournament- so thoughtful! The kitchen had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, the bathrooms were clean, everything was labeled, and we watched a movie on what we considered a "big-screen TV"! The location is walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach, and Kattia provided recommendations and was communicative during the entire stay. Kattia is a lovely host who seemed genuinely invested in us having a pleasant stay, and we did!
