Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Unbelievably large self-contained studio with pool view, 5 minutes to beach/shopping centre. The studio can sleep two guests in a King or two single beds. Studio has reverse cycle air-conditioner, large LEDTV (with Chromecast), cooking facilities, own bathroom and best of all a huge pool on your doorstep. You’ll have access to both a washing machine and dryer. We live in the main property, therefore the pool and backyard will be shared with us.

We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Large and spacious home a hop skip and jump from the beach. Right next to a fantastic park to walk your pets, and the children can play on the world class skate park with their scooters, skateboards and bikes. Ride the bikes along the oceanside bike path to have breakfast at the Mullaloo Beach Hotel. Walk along the beach and catch the sunset or chill out by the nice sized swimming pool and then eat outdoors after cooking a BBQ. There are many options at this location.

Our property, located in Perth’s north-coastal suburbs is a great affordable option for those looking for a private, self contained short stay. The apartment is connected to the main property, separated by a locked internal door. It has it’s own private driveway and entrance. Only 1km from the beautiful Mullaloo beach. If a home away from home is what you're looking for, then this one's for you.

Apartment has everything you could need, lots of little extras and lovely fresh bread, cakes , beers and wine left for our arrival. Gus is by far the friendliest host you will come across, so lovely and helpful. Thank you Gus we will be back for sure.

We’ve had a great 10 days stay, check in was easy (just what we needed after flying from the UK) and the home was as described. Ashley was responsive and easy to communicate. Would Highly recommend to anyone after somewhere to stay!
