A block away from the beach, it provides both the tranquility of being away from the crowds but the accessibility to go on morning beach walks. This is definitely a stay you will want to repeat over and over again. We are located in the pristine gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. A 10 minute walk to the highly touristic area of Condado. 10 min to the airport and from OSJ!

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. This apartment includes a full kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The private kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the ocean view is available right from the shower and bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, parks and Old San Juan. One parking spot on premises included.

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored cover and decorative pillows. Warm light from two bedside sconces illuminates the room. A small side table holds a potted plant, and a comfortable chair offers a spot to relax beside a window framed by dark accents.

A cool Tripper's Inn Room #5

The neighborhood will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation, nonetheless it will also make you feel like a local. The beach, considered the best in the area, is just steps away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.

We are the home of Kite Puerto Rico a kiteboarding school and retail store, and The Beach House bar and Bistro.

Our “Interior Queen” rooms are perfect for the person or couple who want to be in the middle of it all in Condado and need just the right amount of space. Interior rooms do not have windows. These rooms are located on the first floor designed beautifully in a modern yet peaceful and warm style with special touches that give you everything you need to feel right at home.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows and a light throw blanket. A soft color palette complements the floral wall art. A bedside table holds a vase of fresh flowers, and a television is mounted on the wall opposite. A modern bathroom is visible through an open door.
