Vacation rentals with a patio in Ocean Grove, Neptune Township

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay was amazing, the place is exactly how it’s pictured and it will not fall short of your expectations! They are super responsive. Overall a great stay and experience and couldn’t ask for anything better!

beautiful location! the bay beach right outside is so peaceful and was perfect for our toddler. the views are amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. apartment was perfect for what we needed. had all amenities. Ronald was so responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and such a bikable area. our pack and play perfectly fit in this space

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Wow so cozy & excellent location ! We couldn’t have asked for a better, more adorable place to stay! Tiny is mighty & this place had everything & anything you needed! Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

This is a cute cottage with plenty of space that has recently been gut renovated. Everything feels nice, new and clean. There is some noise from traffic given the intersection it sits on, but it would not prevent us booking the property again.

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Michaels place was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a brand new home! The neighborhood was perfect, close to all the great local spots and walkable to the beach. No other word can describe this place besides perfect. This is coming from someone who only lives 20 minutes away. Definitely worth the weekend staycation. What really stood out was Michael as a host. He was accommodating, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. I told him that we were staying for my girlfriend’s birthday and we were welcomed by flowers, a card, and a balloon! Perfect touch. No bad things to say and we already told Michael we will be looking to spend another weekend at his home.

We had quite an enjoyable weekend staying at Debra’s house. It was very spacious, spotless, comfortable, and in short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Debra was an extremely accommodating, helpful host, and super prompt in her communications. My family and I would stay here again in an instant!

It was an amazing stay for my friends and me. We had so much fun and absolutely loved the outdoor area. The host was super proactive when we needed anything. The property looks exactly like the photos! I’ll be back soon.

Andrew is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach/boardwalk.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.
