Not a 'Party House'! Can accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 kids. Adults must share queen beds. Primary renter must be over 28 yrs of age. Weekend rentals available off season. "In season rental" 7 days min: Saturday check in and check out. Rental of more than 14 days- extra cleaning fees apply.

This fabulous location is situated at the widest part of Wildwood's beaches. It is 2.5 blocks to the Boardwalk between the 2 largest piers. Walking distance to everything you need- restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, supermarket, parks, and of course the beach! Beach path on our block. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season before booking. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Summer 2025 now open-Newly Renovated! NO full summer rentals. NO Senior Week/Prom/ groups under 21. No parties. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Location couldn't be better in North Wildwood - just 3.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment above the smaller apartment (also listed) in the same rear building. Fully-stocked kitchen, ROKU tv, air-conditioning. Courtyard on the property is great for cookouts and sunbathing. Free parking on street.

Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem).
