An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the carport and easy access to the village below. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Der großzügige Garten bietet viele einladende Plätze rund ums Haus und geht nahtlos und zaunlos direkt ins Naturschutzgebiet Schönbuch über. Bitte beachten: der Zugang erfolgt über die Metalltreppe (s.Fotos), kein barrieregerechter Eingang zur Wohnung möglich!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
