Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Top time out, vacation home with mountain views

The lovingly furnished 3rd 5 room vacation home in the middle of nature, high above the Neckertal offers a magnificent panoramic view with all-round visibility. It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

Rustic farmhouse with distant views

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Radiation-free natural oasis

An oasis of calm: simple, natural and homely. There is a 2 bedroom apartment in the old farmhouse with wood heating, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, there are 2 rooms in the attic, one with a wood-burning stove. The house is radiation-free, there is no mobile network and no Wi-Fi. Internet access is available via cable! The house is surrounded by a large garden with cozy places to relax and enjoy. An ideal starting point for hiking and biking.

Here you will find a place for people who appreciate the special – tranquility, space and natural beauty. Surrounded by meadows and forests, an open view opens up over the Black Forest heights – a panorama that touches. The modern architecture blends harmoniously with high-quality, stylish furnishings and creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The Soleil Soul Chalet offers 120 m², spread over two levels, space for up to six people – a place to arrive.

Landluft Vacation Rental

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Modern in-law apartment on organic farm

The apartment Loghomespace is located on the lower floor of the house. It is lovingly decorated and has everything you need for a stay in a vacation rental. The log cabin is located on the Haselbachhof, which is run by our family in the 3rd generation. The region is also called Mostindien, because of the many apple trees. There are 450 trees on the Haselbachhof, plus 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus mother cows, 10 horses, a few sheep, cats and dogs.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

In our idyllic country house in a suburb of Meersburg, we offer you 2 renovated apartments. The apartment "Bellevue" is a 2-room apartment with a large balcony and is suitable for two people.
