Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/biking trails start right by the house. There is a great covered barbecue with fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

I rent my small, lovingly furnished holiday home to all who like to enjoy the quiet nature and the summer by the lake. Located directly above the Ibra reservoir in Hessen (100 m as the crow flies) there is plenty of space for hours together, a beautiful terrace and garden for barbecues and chilling. On foot you are in 2 minutes by the lake, in a maximum of 5 minutes on the beach or at the water ski or wakeboarding facility. An open fireplace for homely hours is waiting for you.

You can only find us through Airbnb. Wake up with a view of Lake Edersee. Enjoy the sunset from your own terrace – at the absolute first sea line on the Scheid Peninsula. Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Alsfeld-Metzgergasse 6

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Country house with charm

Charming, spacious apartment in an older house with a lot of attention to detail. Two floors, separate entrance, fireplace, terrace with barbecue, large living area & three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. In the garden there is a fire bowl available and can be shared, occasionally cats visit the area. Ideal for families or nature lovers. The apartment is located on a street. When the window is open, street noise can be heard.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a 7x4 m terrace with awning, an 8.5x4 m heated pool with sliding roof, a jacuzzi and a large outdoor sauna. A 6 x 6 m garage with wallbox is also available.
