Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

For us (2 adults), 2 children U10) it was the ideal accommodation for a long weekend in/around Mainz. The train station is within walking distance, due to the good train frequency you really do not need a car for activities. The contact was very nice and absolutely uncomplicated, even with an unforeseen change in arrival. There wasn't one thing we missed in the apartment.

Tobias’ charming Airbnb was perfect for us! This newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment is in the heart of the suburb of Mainz-Gonsenheim. We enjoyed the excellent public transportation and the free covered parking spot. Breite Straße offers a fantastic selection of bakeries, a butcher shop, various retail stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants - all within walking distance. We especially loved the “Bürgerhof” (on the ground floor of the same building) with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere and its delicious choices of traditional German fare! At night, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Tobias is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment was very good and equipped with everything necessary for daily living. I stayed there for two weeks and had a great experience. It's conveniently located—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest public transport stop, 7 minutes to the nearest shop, and about 20 minutes to the main campus. The neighborhood felt safe, and the view from the window overlooked a green area, which was a nice touch. The apartment was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. Sometimes the neighbors could be a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in an apartment building. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, I would recommend it.

Helke was an incredibly friendly host who made our stay in Essenheim very cozy and homely. We felt that Heike enjoyed hosting guests and getting to know them and responding to their needs. We felt like we were with a good friend of our own. Really great! We hope the turtles are healthy and cheerfully hatched :D

Gaby was fantastic, she helped me with my clothes & my electric car. She spoke me in French and was very friendly. I was able to walk & enjoy the place with my girl & my dog. We are very happy and for sure we will come back. For the details, creme, soap, tooth brush were available with coffee, thea & wasser. Wonderful place and wonderful host.
