The apartment was great! The truth is that everything is very close, we are 15 minutes from the Zócalo, very central and with pharmacies, food and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately taken care of. We would definitely come back!!!

Sait's attention was very pleasant and he was always in communication to check if we were missing anything. The fact that the pool was heated was great since you could use it at any time and ask Sait to adjust the temperature. The brochures that are available with recommendations for food delivery are very good, since in the area where it is located there is not much accessibility to shopping malls or restaurants

The house is larger than what you see in the photos, the pool has a good temperature, the staff that was in the house always attentive and friendly, the garden is good space and well cared for, the rooms are spacious with ceiling fans, it would be better if the fans were quiet and there is also a jacuzzi with good temperature, it is missing a little maintenance because the whirlpool does not work, in general everything is fine, it is a space that I recommend

It is a beautiful house to spend as a family, it is large, well cared for, clean, super equipped kitchen, with many amenities to do and Tony super friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and huge, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning helps a lot, the house is just like in the photos, the pool and the hot tub are warm, the garden is very nice, well kept and large, we went with two dogs and we all enjoyed it a lot, the host responds quickly although we didn't really have to call her, there was no need, I highly recommend Alicia's service in the kitchen, very kind and attentive just like David, I highly recommend Maria's house.

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
