On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Studio a 2-minute walk to a small beach. Right below the building is a public parking lot. Restaurants and cafes are very close, as are small supermarkets and a pharmacy. Studio with a small equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a small balcony overlooking the beach and the main road of the village. It is quite centrally located and comfortable.
