Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

This was my second time staying in this home. We felt so familiar and comfortable. The hosts are beyond lovely and definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and are comfortable.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

We stayed at Louis’s for a week. We wanted to be close to the point break to surf and it was easy to arrive there. The house had everything we needed - including little desks for working which was great. The backyard is nice to have. We were also able to get to Ojai real quickly from the house which was great as well. Currently trying to figure out with Louis if he can get my knifes and a scarf I left at the house sent over to me. He’s been super helpful. Thank you for having us

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Bonnie’s home was beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and had lovely surroundings. The pool outside was even better than expected, it was the perfect temperature and felt like a pool in an Italian villa. The hosts are also on-site and were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable weekend!

The cottage was adorable and exactly what we were looking for in our little getaway from the city. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and super close to and parks, hiking trails in santa paula and the restaurants and shops in Ojai. We loved hanging out in the front grounds, where you can enjoy a fire pit, corn hole, a hot tub and lounging in the hammock. I couldn't have asked for a better host, Therese was so sweet, communicated every detail from the beginning and checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. I wont stay anywhere else when I return.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Tucked back into a nice quiet community. The host was very accommodating and thoughtful. We were there for a wedding, and not only did she let us check in early, but stocked the home with breakfast items upon our arrival. If we lived in California, we would be going back to this home, yearly!*****

I adore Ventura and Lonni’s place was no different. It’s centrally located without feeling like you’re in the thick of it with very little traffic noise heard and virtually none when indoors. The house was adorable and had everything listed and needed for a great trip. The mattresses and bedding was incredible, I slept very well during my stay! I wish I had more time to spend in the backyard, the true star of this space. The garden is beautiful and it feels very private and secluded. I hope to stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying here as our base location while visiting the Channel Islands National Park. The home itself is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location minutes from everything we needed. It was also a great place to come back to after long days out and about. We highly recommend this home for any stay in Ventura!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so relaxing to be right on the water, and to be able to hop in the hot tub on a cold morning :) The beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom felt like a luxury suite. The host and property manager are also lovely. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. Absolutely LOVE this house! Felt like home the minute we walked in. Everything was as it was detailed in the listing and the photos are very accurate. Kitchen was well equipped which was so appreciated since we were there for the whole week of Christmas. Plus the location was sooooo special, quiet, private and beautiful sunsets. Cruz was a great host, super responsive and always helpful. We would absolutely return and stay there again!

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. This place is a comfortable oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens and a generous outdoor patio. Inside felt like a real home, uncluttered but with nice furniture and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen, including an electric water kettle and Keurig. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks for towels. There's AC/heat in the bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is really quiet, but in a good location. The front door has a lockable screen if you want to get airflow, and it's several steps up from ground level (in case that's an issue for you). The drive to San Buenaventura State Beach, downtown, and the historic Mission District is about 10 minutes. About 5 minutes to the 101. Would definitely stay here again!
