Apartment vacation rentals in Oak View

Great overall place to stay and location is great and not far from freeway, lots of stores and food close to place. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Place includes everything that’s needed which was useful. Bigger fridge is out of service but you get a smaller fridge which worked great for us and the small food we had. Bed was comfortable and tv worked fine. Heater & fan was nice to have right by the bed. Bathroom shower is next to toilet but isn’t necessarily closed off so the water gets close to the toilet which we didn’t love. we ended up buying a small bathroom Mat to keep the water from going everywhere after we got out of the shower. Does get a little humid after showering but the ceiling fan helps too & window does open in bathroom to let air in. Light fan is available too but didn’t feel it helped a lot at first. Overall I felt we had a good stay & it was quiet/ pleasant during the time we were there. I would only mention it could be cleaned and dusted a little more.

The loft is exactly as described and surrounded by so many charming places to eat, shop, and relax. Paul has created an efficient and lovely loft. Oliver is super responsive, and all the instructions were very clear. It's near the freeway, so you can pop over to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria in 10 minutes. There is a bit of freeway noise, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. But at night, it's a mix of ocean waves and light freeway hum, so it served as white noise for me to sleep really well on the comfy bed. A great location with great hosts!

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and the check-in instructions made arrival a breeze. Super smooth and stress-free experience all around. Would definitely stay again!

Santa’s 2nd floor apt was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. It was convenient to downtown Montecito and Santa Barbara. Check in was seamless and Santa was quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and living area were of good size. We would rent again next time we’re in the Santa Barbara area.

Great stay! Very clean and great communication from Matthew. Only downside was that I am a light sleeper and had a little trouble sleeping from the sounds of footsteps upstairs.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Great stay at the Inn at Anacapa! A little luxury hideout complete with fluffy towels, comfy beds, and everything you need for a getaway. Just steps from State Street shops, restaurants, and wineries, it’s the perfect home base for exploring downtown Santa Barbara! Hosts were friendly and proactive, gave great directions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

My daughter and I came in for two nights and we had a great time staying at Brian’s place! We walked to a great restaurant, the Santa Monica pier, rode bikes down to Venice and toward the Venice, canals, and we had a fantastic weekend. Dropping off our belongings before we park the car with key because the place is up on a sloped road, but never an issue. The parking pass was very helpful and I recommend that for anybody that has a car. We enjoy the stay very much and found it cozy and comfortable. There aren’t any suggestions that we have for Brian we felt like it was exactly as described, and he was very helpful.

This space is perfect and in a beautiful building north of Wilshire, in a peaceful pocket of Santa Monica. Having frequented the heart of downtown SM many times, this location is my new favorite — walkable, safe, and friendly. The building is historic and stunning, with a lovely courtyard, lobby, and library with seating areas. Check-in was a breeze, and there are late-night managers on duty/security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler, especially when getting home after an evening out. Towels are plush and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the ceiling fans do a great job so I didn’t miss the fact that there’s no AC! It’s worth noting that the windows of this space face a row of other units and a walkway with a good deal of foot traffic, meaning shades need to be kept closed for any privacy since it is ground floor. If you’re like me and spend your time out enjoying the city, this isn’t an issue! Kitchen was spotless with great appliances. Fantastic stay!

Historic building beautifully remodeled with all of the modern amenities in a fantastic location. Easy to find, easy to park, and perfectly situated between downtown SB and Montecito. Would love to stay there again. I hope it’s available the next time I visit my niece at UCSB.

Our stay in Carpinteria was amazing! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect since we were one block from amazing beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets with a beautiful walk path. All the most amazing restaurants were in walkable distance or biking. There was also a grocery store nearby and coffee shops to choose from. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bikes and other recreational equipment in the garage where very convenient. grill outside and fire pit were, our nighttime favorites since the nights get a little chilly. The views of the mountains and access to wine tour was also great. I would love to come back next time with my daughter.😊

Sam's Hollywood Hills appartment was fantastic. Great location, quiet with a million dollar view on LA, but still close to all the attractions that West Hollywood has to offer. The appartment was just as nice in the pictures as it was in reality and it has everything you need, including some snacks that Sam left for us at the arrival. Sam was also very attentative and always easy to reach and responded quickly. We can highly recommend and would come back again if back in the area.

This was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I to sight see Southern California. The location was incredibly safe and grocery stores and restaurants were walkable.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.
