I loved my stay at Jess's place. Quiet, comfy place to spend evenings hidden away from the busy North Shore. I have nothing but good things to say about this airbnb, exceeded all expectations. Jess and Faleni were great hosts. Responsive, friendly, accommodating. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to make the most out of their visit to the North Shore. I have no interest in looking for other options for my next visit, loved my time here.

Rose’s cottage was exactly as advertised and it was probably the cleanest Airbnb in which we’ve stayed. To have semi-private beach access like this cottage has is truly unique in this price range. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to keep it simple and RELAX!

Jenny exceeded all our expectations and this is not exaggerated. The apartment has literally everything we needed and much more. Everything is designed and furnished very thoughtful. You arrive and just feel like you’re home. It is the first AirBnB accommodation we visited that felt like someone has thought it through, lived there, and you could simply move in. And if we did ever find ourselves looking for something, Jenny happily helped us out wherever possible. Some details: The apartment, kitchen, and especially the shower is much larger than the pictures anticipate. The small backyard is a great place to relax in the middle of Kailua and we basically lived there, enjoying this oasis whenever we were at home. We loved how well the kitchen was furnished, the availability of the beach equipment, washer, dryer, outside shower, and the great amount of storage space. Jenny is a wonderful host. We loved our stay. Amazing ocean front. Everything you need is in the condo to include beach chairs. This place is in the heart of the local scene in Makaha. so, traffic is really bad on the one lane highway and it could take you an hour and a half to get to Honolulu. You really need a car to stay here. Also, the beach is always crowded well into the night and it can get loud. You dont need airconditioning because the breeze is amazing, but you cant close your sliding glass doors and lose the breeze. Thus, you have party noise especially on weekend nights. In summary, This gem is a 10 out of 10 for a couple that wants to get to an great place to just get away and not drive. You really feel the local culture, too.
