A kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Great care has been taken with the lighting and comfort. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.

Dona Florinda's houses, composed of two bungalows, were built taking advantage of the inserted area, with two large balconies (one of them suspended) overlooking the best landscape - the village and the mountains. It offers a private and quiet space to rest and watch the children play, or practice sports: mountain (on the PNPG trails) or river (canyoning) and get to know our lagoons.
