You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: - Towels, sheets and blankets. - Fan and radiator. - Hairdryer and clothes iron. - Italian coffee maker. - First aid kit and fire extinguisher. - Cooking utensils, plus complimentary oil, coffee, salt and sugar. - Body wash and toilet paper, makeup remover pads and micellar water. -Board Games The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. The entrance is independent. I'll give you the info two days before you arrive. Check-in is done online. Upon your arrival, you will find a notebook with practical information about the area, including recommendations for restaurants, places of interest, and activities. I will also send you links with all the information. In addition, the wifi network passwords are available at the entrance to the apartment, behind the door.

Located on the fourth floor (no elevator), the apartment offers direct access to a large outdoor terrace, perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying panoramic views of the town. Although we don’t have private parking, free street parking is usually available right outside. If needed, you can also park for free near the port, just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a laundrette, and other services just two minutes on foot.

FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

The highlight of the apartment is enjoying the terrace-garden in the heart of the town, with a grill included for enjoying a good barbecue.

We have 4 duplexes attached to a chalet-type building. Each duplex has two bedrooms, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the mezzanine, as well as a living room with an equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The outdoor garden, pool and barbecue areas are shared. Located just steps from Rons Beach, very close to downtown, they have free WiFi and free private parking. One pet is accepted, which must always be accompanied in common areas.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
