The 1st floor consists of a large common room with workspace, TV area and a bedroom with three beds. The house is located with beautiful views of fields. The garden is large and with many outdoor spaces. You must bring your own bed linen/towels.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The small charming townhouse is located centrally in Nysted town, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooks Ålholm Castle. The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 m from the harbor. Nysted has a nice beach with a swimming pier – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 bedroom with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and stove. Toilet/bathroom with shower. Hairdryer The apartment is close to Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.
