House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

A large living room and kitchen on the ground floor give direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool(may-september), the garden.

The house is freestanding, but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 additional beds.

Set in the centre of town, this 4 storey mini house is located opposite the Église Saint Vincent and beside the local Tearoom. Set between Place des arcades and rue des Déportés with all their bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the listed Pont Roman and the River Eygues .
