Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Le studio du Lac est situé sur le domaine de Belle-ferme. Entrée indépendante, l'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage d'un majestueux bâtiment datant du 19ème siècle. Le studio dispose d'une salle de bain, une cuisine agencée, d'un chaleureux coin salon avec son poêle à pellets ainsi qu'un bel espace pour vos repas. Pour les beaux jours vous pouvez profiter du balcon privatif. l'appartement vous offre une magnifique vue sur le lac Léman ainsi que les Alpes. Possibilité de visiter le domaine.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, profitez du calme et de la sérénité de cet endroit unique, tout en étant à quelques pas des principaux points d'intérêt de la ville : plage, restaurants, gare, promenade au bord du lac, et bien plus encore. Nous sommes Hugo et Yasmin, et nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et de vous prodiguer de bons conseils pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.

The apartment is easily accessible to many beautiful walks, vineyards and ski areas with Geneva airport a 30 min drive. Very close to bus stop "Bassins Tillette" with 20 min journey to Gland train station. The closest ski resorts are St-Cergues (15 mins) and La Dole (30 min).
