Vacation rentals with beach access in Nyon District

We spent very nice days at this place. The village and the region are wonderful. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Easy to check in, good communication with the host. The apartment is ideal for people traveling by public transport. We highly recommend this apartment!!

A perfect stay in Gland! The accommodation was clean, very well equipped and perfectly located for me. Jessica was particularly welcoming and responsive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet, it's nice. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Beautiful studio in an ideal setting just meters from the lake. A cocoon for self-care with the interior design, peaceful surroundings and access to sauna and bio-hacking sessions a real plus. The appartement is perfect for 1-2 people and well equipped with everything needed, even for longer stays. High speed internet and a work station make working from the studio very comfortable. Finally, Patricia and Annick are the most welcoming of hosts. A perfect mix of friendly, responsive and respectful of privacy. Highly recommend!

The place is really cozy and beautifully decorated. Renata is very kind and friendly. The place is very well located; walking distance to Nyon old town. I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family!

The room was as described. It is in a peaceful neighborhood, 15-minute walk from the train station in Gland. With nearby supermarket and restaurants all within a short walk, it is a great spot. The lake is nearby also. Sierra was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Private getaway on the shore of Lake Geneva outside Lausanne

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Very nice accommodation, excellent location, easy to find, very nice view next to the lake!The Stuart couple provided us with comfortable and clean bedding and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.The house is at the right temperature.When we had a problem, Stuart was always there to help in a timely manner when we had a problem, which was great!

Gemma is truly a great host. She made sure we were comfortable with the arrangements before the cancellation period expires. Her house is a great place if you are looking for a family home and if you have kids. She checked in with us at regular intervals to make sure that we were having a good time. There are ample reading materials if you just want to chill with a book by the fireplace with some wine.

Very nice area. Accommodation is very large and you will find everything you need. For children there is nearby very nice park with trampoline, circus, car driving and other attractions. In the nearby town of Rolle, you can make a good excursion. Along the lake there are restaurants and playgrounds for children, open cinema. Alban very friendly, responded quickly to the questions, helpful. We will be happy to recommend the place.

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

Like the place and I recommend any visitor to Lausanne to stay in it

We stayed in Eyob's flat during a weekend trip to Geneva. The flat is not far from gare de cornavin. Its a 5 minutes walk from gare and 1 minute walk to tram 15 stop. The flat is well surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. So, its quite easy to keep your taste buds calm. The entire flat was renewed and well maintained. We were able to check in and check out on time. The Kitchen was clean and we all utensils were available for us to make our dinner. Eyob was responsive for our queries and questions. Thanks Eyob for your flat. I recommended this flat to other guests too :)

Great appartment in Geneva and really Nice host

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Loved the apartment as soon as we walked in. The view is exceptional. We felt at home immediately. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbours- we never saw any neighbours. A parking space a little closer would be nice but the public parking is not far and it was easy to stay briefly to drop off cases and shopping outside the building. I am not as spry as I was so slept downstairs with the bathroom just across the entrance hall, my husband took full advantage of the spacious room, dressing and bathroom upstairs. Plenty of storage everywhere and many clothes hangers. All in all a very positive experience. We know the area well and it was a perfect location for anybody visiting along the Lac Leman. We made visits from Geneva to Martigny and many spots in between as we have friends and family and favourite spots in the area. Thank you Valerie.

Base has a great Lausanne location. Right in a neighborhood yet so close to the station, port, and the M2 line. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was very workable — it even had a small dishwasher! The housekeeping crew did a great job with our unit as it was spotless when we arrived. Only hiccup was at checkin when the system said our room wasn’t ready yet. It was Sunday and the Base team was off, but the phone number hotline they provided was able to remedy this issue pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend Base when you’re looking for a little more space or to stay in town for a longer time!
