In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda there is the small cottage in the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located at an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have flea market and shop with home and garden decor. Cafét serves light lunches and has goa pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the cafe. Cozy garden as you look out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. The house is located next to the ore railway where there are trains a few times/day. Stockholm Skavsta Airport 7 km. Kolmården Zoo/Zoo 36 km. Stockholm 100 km. DiscoGolf 500 m. Bus stop 300 m.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Oasis near City center

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI.
