A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
