Nyrenoveret sommerhus på 131 m2, på lille lukket grusvej i roligt sommerhus område. Stor næsten helt aflukket, ugenert grund med sol hele dagen. Mulighed for boldspil, kroket m.m. Huset har en vidunderlig stor stue med masser af lysindfald og udgang til solgården. Stuen ligger i direkte forbindelse med spiseplads og køkken. Her er plads til alle uanset om vil lægge et puslespil eller læse, lege eller se tv. De to af værelserne ligger ud til egen fordelingsgang med skydedøre til solgården.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Unikt sommerhus direkte ved vandet.

Fantastisk sommerhus i 1. række med panoramaudsigt over Sejerøbugten. Beliggende på stor naturgrund med direkte adgang til dejlig børnevenlig strand. Huset indeholder 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser og en meget stor stue og køkken med udsigt til vandet. Sommerhuset ligger ugenert for enden af lukket privat vej. Sommerhuset er ideelt for børnefamilier og par med lyst til ro og fred og være i et med naturen. Fra huset er der kun 50 meter ned til stranden med perfekte bademuligheder.

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

An outdoor area features a circular wooden hot tub with illuminated water, situated beside a raised wooden platform. Comfortable seating options are provided by two bean bag chairs. Soft lighting creates a serene setting surrounded by natural greenery.

Atmosphere & Spa facilities

Have a fantastic holiday in this cozy summer house with lots of activities for both children and adults. The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.

A sunlit swimming pool features clear blue water and is surrounded by a wooden deck. Various white lounge chairs are positioned around the pool area, set against a backdrop of greenery and nearby multi-story buildings.

Nøddebo.Børnevenligt charmerende ældre renoveret hus 1 time fra København, 1 km til vand, og badebro med grønt område, 400 m til indkøb og 2 km til restaurant Huset ligger andensidst på en stille blind vej i et ældre sommerhusområde langt fra trafikstøj.
