Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

An associated annex of 10 m2 with 2 beds + 1 sleeping chair that can be folded out. The new annex has just been completed, 24 m2, and there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds. There are 9 beds but best suited for 6 people + 1 child

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, an old cottage area with large natural areas. Located near Martinus center. The sea is about 150 meters from the home. There is a nice, unspoiled garden. We have room for 6 guests and pets are welcome. There is what you usually need, including new TV and lightning-fast internet (1000/1000 Mbit), with WiFi. Many good eateries, forests and beaches and various bathing beaches.
