Endast femtio meter från havet ligger detta charmiga lilla hus som omsorgsfullt renoverats senaste året. På nedervåningen ryms kök, vardagsrum med utdragssoffa samt badrum med tvättmaskin. Köket har ugn, spis, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Övervåningens två sovrum har en dubbelsäng resp. två enkelsängar. Trädgården har flera uteplatser. Det gemytliga fiskesamhället Lickershamn är en levande båthamn med restaurang, kiosk, bangolf, fiskaffär, badbrygga, härlig sandstrand och Jungfrun, öns högsta rauk.

Surrounded by peaceful nature of forests and fields this cottage has limestone floor with floor heating, modern kitchen with a deluxe new coffee maker, bathroom including a wood stove sauna. You can sit out on the porch for breakfast, take walks in the peaceful nature, enjoy TV and strong wifi connection and warm up next to a cozy fire in the fireplace on cool nights. You are close enough to the beach (5 minutes by car) and some cute cafes on the countryside and only a 15 minute drive to Visby.

Här bor ni lantligt endast 2 mil norr om Visby. Badplats finns 6 km bort. Affär och restaurang ca 2 km bort. På gården finns hästar, en hund och katt. Stugan är på ca 60 kvm med öppen planlösning vardagsrum/kök. Ett sovrum med 180 säng samt flertal garderober. Sovloft med två 90 sängar. Trappan till sovloftet kan upplevas något brant för mindre barn. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Badrum med tvättmaskin. Under v 25-33 hyr vi endast ut minst 5 dagar/vistelse. Övrig tid även kortare perioder.

Brand new house on the west coast of Gotland

Brand new house on the west coast of Gotland! In which there is everything you need for a comfortable stay for a short or long term. Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchenware, comfortable bed. Since spring 2020 a private shower is available for our guests. The house is located in the backyard surrounded by forests and fields. Only 10 minutes walk to the stunning coast of Burge. A trip to the Blue Lagoon or Faro Island will take about 30 minutes. The road to the center of Visby takes 20 minutes(Bus #61).

Visby närområde Gotland Slappna av i detta fantastiska nybyggda hus med naturtomt i härlig omgivning sju kilometer norr om Visby. Här bor man nära allt med en kilometer till havet och mysiga Själsö fiskehamn. Det nybyggda huset på 132m2 har tre sovrum (samtliga med dubbelsängar), två badrum (varav ett med dubbeldusch), stort vardagsrum och kök med köksö. Komplett utrustad tvättstuga med groventré. Utöver detta finns 4 bra madrasser för barn att sova på.

Et dejligt ophold i Ingas hytte. Alt levede op til forventningerne. Sød og imødekommende familie. Hytten ligger ugeneret, og med fineste kig til solnedgang. Super anbefaling herfra.

The house is amazing and looks exactly as on the photos. It's located very privately, but at the main road is very close by, you can hear the traffic, especially in the beautiful garden and when you have a window open. Everything you'll need is there and if there are any problems, the hosts are quick to come around and help. It's a nice 20 minutes walk to the seaside, which is amazing! We loved our stay with Tania and Mikael!

A beautiful, peaceful haven with many choices of where to sit and relax outside for sunrise or sunset. My tall husband however needed to take care with low roof beams and doorways on the ground floor and stairs. The kitchen was well stocked which made preparing meals easy. We enjoyed the fire on one cold evening and the company of the Collared Flycatchers raising a family in the nesting box.

The house is really well situated in the woods with a view out to the sea. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Sverker helped us out with any queries. I would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

This is our second stay at Andreas’s place and just as enjoyable as the first time. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful and the house is luxurious and well appointed. Andreas is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
